Uniform Studio started with a simple observation: the people who work the hardest — on their feet all shift, keeping things running in restaurants, hotels, and busy service floors — are often the last ones thought about when it comes to comfort and quality. So we set out to change that.
We began with hospitality uniforms built for the reality of the job, not just the look of it. But the more we talked to the people actually wearing them, the more we realized uniforms were only part of the story. Standing for ten hours takes a toll on more than just your outfit — it's your feet, your shoes, the small things that make a long shift bearable. So we expanded.
